Local favourite soup that is both delicious & nutritious!

Main ingredients are herbs and spices such as star anise, cinnamon, cloves etc. which are wrapped in tea bag. Unlike any commercial BKT soup packs, Our special blend of Bak Kut Teh has additional TCM herbs that helps to improve your appetite and energy, researched extensively by our staff.

Cooking instructions:
Cook for 3 hours in a clay pot with meat, bones, seasoned with light and dark soy sauce, garlic, pepper powder, salt & sugar. Chinese and button mushrooms, dried tofu sheets or pieces (taufu pok), lettuce and sweet corns are added later.

Suitable for Chick Ku Teh recipes too!

Vegetarians may add other vegetables instead of meat or bones.


肉骨茶是選用多種香料及藥材配製而成,為風行南洋一帶,膾炙人口的佳餚.

首先將香料用茶袋包裹住,放入瓦煲,加進肉類,骨頭,蒜頭,適量生抽,老抽,胡椒粉,鹽 及 糖 調味.

中火烹煮三小時後加入 冬菇, 蘑菇,玉米心,豆腐,腐皮,生菜等,加熱煮熟即成.

素食者加斎料代替肉類. 藥材香料含補益價值,有暖胃,健脾,活血,提神的作用.
